The Returns Portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment,that is 14 days of Delivery date.
- They must be in original condition
- Wigs must be unworn and with the lace uncut
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional/sale items are not returnable!
The Harmony Naturals Hair care collection is not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returns are free for faulty items
- Returns for any other reason are charged at £4.99. We use CollectPlus+ labels and issue the labels to you once your returns is approved. Should you choose to use this, we simply deduct £4.99 for your refund.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if the item is not faulty
- In the event that your item was originally shipped for free by us, if you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
